In my sea of Hello Kitty Christmas gifts I recieved something pretty unusual... Hello Kitty cookie cutters! It was only a matter of days until I used them to make these:
So cute but I'm not sure I can bring myself to eat them. Cookies, anyone?! I did taste one before I Kittified them... they taste SO good! The recipe only contains 4 ingredients:
300g plain flour
250g butter
140g caster sugar
1 egg yolk
Here's the cookie cutters, which come in a really cute Hello Kitty tin. I believe they're from John Lewis.
